If you have received a notice from the City's contracted collection agent, Gatestone & Co. Inc., advising you of an outstanding account, you may make payment in accordance with the instructions provided. Letters are sent by the collection agent, acting on behalf of the City, to assist in collecting outstanding tickets issued for bylaw offences. The City may proceed with collection action on any outstanding tickets that are no longer eligible for appeal.

Adjudication Results
In accordance with the Municipal By-Law Enforcement Act (MBEA), decisions of the Provincially-appointed Adjudicator are made available to the public.

Completed forms must be submitted in person at the Winnipeg Parking Authority offices located at 495 Portage Avenue during normal business hours. Please note there is a fee associated with requesting Adjudication Decisions which must be paid in office prior to any request being processed.
In accordance with the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, personal information will be removed from the records requested.
