If you have received a notice from the City's contracted collection agent, Gatestone & Co. Inc., advising you of an outstanding account, you may make payment in accordance with the instructions provided. Letters are sent by the collection agent, acting on behalf of the City, to assist in collecting outstanding tickets issued for bylaw offences. The City may proceed with collection action on any outstanding tickets that are no longer eligible for appeal.

Request screening
You may request that your penalty notice be reviewed by a Screening Officer online, or in person during regular business hours (excluding holidays and closures). Please note that the powers of a screening officer are limited to reducing or cancelling a penalty notice only in certain circumstances involving errors in the issuance of the penalty notice, or in circumstances prescribed by bylaw. Depending on the circumstances surrounding the issuance of the Penalty Notice, the Screening Officer may request supporting documentation.
You will be required to view the photo evidence associated with your penalty notice before you are able to submit an online screening request.
You must be the registered owner of the vehicle that the penalty notice was issued to in order to proceed. Please include a current vehicle registration certificate for verification. If you are not the registered owner, you must submit a completed authorization form as part of your request.
